Marlon Boone is a saxophonist based in Tampa, Florida. He began his musical journey at age 10, in his hometown Pahokee, Florida. While attending Bethune Cookman University, he was a featured performer in the Marching Wildcat Band. During the last 17 years, he has perfected his talent across multiple genres of music.
While traveling extensively, making concerts, and great appearances. He has shared the stage with industry greats. His professionalism and business acumen makes him easy to work with, and effortless to approach. Marlon is known for his unique ear, stylish image, coupled with is ability to electrify the audience.
Marlon has opened for and performed on stage with industry greats: Pieces of a Dream, Saxophonist Kim Waters, Will Donato, Elan Troutman, Pamela Williams, Dee Lucus, recording artist Howard Hewett, Smooth Jazz Trumpeter Joey Summerville, Keyboardist Nathan Mitchell, and many others. His talents are compared to late Grover Washington Jr., Kirk Whalum, and Richard Elliot.
